Retail 4B & 4C Shell Buildings in the Veramendi Neighborhood Commercial Development in New Braunfels. Construction of 2 new concrete tilt-wall panel and steel framed buildings on concrete foundation with continuous grade beams (approximately 6,400 SF each). Exterior walls include, in addition to the concrete tilt-wall panels, aluminum and glass storefront, and masonry veneer. Project also included site lighting and utility services for future tenants, dumpster enclosure, and related sitework, landscaping and irrigation.
