DUSTIN SEIDEL
OWNER
Dustin has lived in New Braunfels his entire life and he’s the fourth generation to do so. His family has been heavily involved in the community since the early 1920’s and he has an extensive knowledge of this area in the construction and real estate arena. Dustin graduated Texas A&M University in 2003. After graduation Dustin worked for John Seidel Enterprises as a Project Superintendent overseeing new commercial construction projects. He co-founded Seidmoore Construction in 2009 and in 2014 re-structured the company and changed the name to Seidel Construction. His hobbies include cattle ranching, hunting and fishing with his wife, kids, family and friends.
BRANDON KOROPSAK
CHIEF ESTIMATOR
Brandon was born and raised in San Antonio and moved to New Braunfels with his wife in 2013. He graduated from Texas A&M University – Kingsville with a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduating, Brandon began his career as a geotechnical and facilities engineer with Raba-Kistner Consultants. He then moved on to the construction industry spending time as an estimator as well as a construction quality control manager for Mapco, Inc., a federal construction contractor based in San Antonio. Most recently, Brandon worked as a crude oil marketer for an oil and gas midstream company. Brandon joined the Seidel team in March of 2018 and is excited to be involved with a great company and group of people. In his time away from work Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters as well as hunting, fishing, and playing softball.

MARY CASTILLO
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Mary Castillo joined the Seidel Construction team in 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in accounting. In her current role as an Accountant, she oversees and manages accounting operations – monthly account reconciliation, asset management, financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash-flow forecasting, and year-end. With construction accounting as her forte, she takes pride in adding value with her role by analyzing financials and discovering opportunities for cost savings and helping keep the project on track. Mary earned an Associate’s Degree in Accounting Technology, A.A.S., from San Antonio College. She resides in Seguin with her husband, Paul, and their three sons. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, traveling and creating unforgettable memories with family and friends.
CRYSTAL STERMER
HR MANAGER
Crystal Stermer is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership and team development. She has built a successful career across various sectors, including HR and construction, and is dedicated to creating positive, productive work environments. Crystal excels in talent acquisition, employee relations, and leadership development, leveraging her expertise to enhance workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and streamline organizational processes. With a deep understanding of the unique HR challenges in the construction industry, she is a trusted leader who effectively manages teams and fosters growth within her organization. She resides in La Vernia with her husband Tony. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on the beach or fishing with her family.
BLAKE WHITLEY
OPERATIONS LEADER
Blake Whitley joined Seidel Construction in May 2020 just after earning his bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems Management with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. He spent his youth and college days working in the Agricultural industry, however upon graduation his focus shifted to construction. Since joining Seidel Construction as an Assistant Project Manager, he has safely and effectively managed an assortment of different types of projects in many different roles. Originally from East Bernard, Blake now resides in New Braunfels with his wife Regan. Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with friends & family, hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
