Finish out of Retail Shell Buildings 4B & 4C in the Veramendi Neighborhood Commercial Development in New Braunfels. At approximately 6,400 SF each, the two retail spaces house the Veramendi Welcome Center that serves as the neighborhood’s first commercial component, a Kora Kora coffee bar, as well as classrooms, conference space and offices for Howard Payne University – New Braunfels campus in Building 4C and ASA Properties offices in Building 4C.
