Design Build ground up construction of a 9,752 SF building with a 1,812 SF residential apartment upstairs and office space shared downstairs and upstairs. This state of the art highly secure office building was custom designed and built for the specific needs of the owner. Special features include a custom engineered and designed staircase, upstairs patio as well as many luxury finishes.
