DOEPPENSCHMIDT FUNERAL HOME – EXTERIOR RENOVATION

This project included exterior renovations to the existing funeral home building. Scope of work included restoring the existing wood doors and windows to an original look, reglazing the windows, stucco patching and repairs on the building and owner’s side of the masonry perimeter wall, wood fascia and soffit repair as needed, new gutters and downspouts in place of the old ones, and new painting at the building and perimeter wall. Work was performed around owner’s needs and within the historic commission’s requirements of Downtown New Braunfels.
