This 5,000 SF  ground up new bank branch building complete with 2 lane drive thru and drive up ATM, is designed with an exterior of limestone veneer, stucco, metal wall panels and metal roof. The 2-story lobby area has clerestory windows, wood ceiling and tile flooring. Banking equipment and bank vault installation overseen by Seidel during construction. Scope of work includes concrete foundation, masonry veneer with metal wall panels, signage, metal roofing, wood ceiling, tile floors, built-in cabinetry, utilities, MEP’s, sitework and landscaping. Construction was completed in less than 7 months.
