Approximately 2,656 SF tenant improvement within newly constructed building shell at Freiheit Village in New Braunfels, TX. Interior finish out of empty shell space to include lobby/reception, assembly area, kitchen, office, restrooms and storage for the purpose of providing a culinary catering business serving the local and nearby communities. Construction plan included Value Engineered curved wall to be removed, and remove clouds and replace with suspended ceiling over cooking areas.
