​New ground up express car wash facility. Project consists of a new automated wash tunnel, equipment room, MDP cabinet, offices, breakroom and restrooms. At approximately 5,700 SF, the buidling is the largest of all Watershed locations, with total improved land area of 93,573 SF. Culebra location also has the most vacuums, most plumbing/electrical installation and more wash equipment, as well as the most flatwork. Demo included removal of a bank building and canopy.
