Design build PEMB building and office space was built to maintain the school districts fleet of vehicles and buses.  The finished building provided a vehicle lift, wash bay, office space and a conference meeting room for the district and base employees.  The building also included additional storage for parts and tools to keep the fleet running.  Scope of project included site work, utility installation, and ground up building construction.
