COMAL COUNTY ESD 3 – STATION No. 56

Ground up construction of two fire stations under one construction contract, phased one month apart. Both fire/EMS stations, No. 54 and No. 56, are approximately 8,177 SF and include fire safety, alarm and alerting systems, offices, meeting rooms, common day area, kitchen, sleeping units and apparatus bays. Work included site work, utilities, paving, storm drainage, landscape, structural steel, wood and CMU framing.
