Ground up 9,445 SF CMU structure building for a new electrical substation to meet the growing loads in the industrial area near Clovis Barker and the LCRA Transmission Line. The 2-story building includes an 3,097 SF underground concrete vault on the first floor for electrical ductbanks that the CMU structure sits on top of. Scope of work included HVAC & related controls, plumbing, fire protection, security/access control system, lightning protection system, permanent concrete driveway entrances, building cleaning prior to electrical finish-out, conduit “stub-outs” for electrical cabling entering/leaving building basement.
