Construction of a new ground up Express Car Wash facility on vacant land and demolition /removal of existing structure on site. The project consists of a new automated wash tunnel, equipment room, MDP Cabinet, offices, breakroom and restrooms. The project requirements include all utilities brought into the building from locations both on and off-site. All site improvements to provide a turnkey ready to open business. The base footprint of the building is approximately 5,000 SF, with total improved land area of approximately 1 acre.
