Dustin has lived in New Braunfels his entire life and he’s the fourth generation to do so. His family has been heavily involved in the community since the early 1920’s and he has an extensive knowledge of this area in the construction and real estate arena. Dustin graduated Texas A&M University in 2003. After graduation Dustin worked for John Seidel Enterprises as a Project Superintendent overseeing new commercial construction projects. He co-founded Seidmoore Construction in 2009 and in 2014 re-structured the company and changed the name to Seidel Construction. His hobbies include cattle ranching, hunting and fishing with his wife, kids, family and friends.




Stacy is a native Texan and has lived in New Braunfels since 2008. She coordinated both residential and commercial new construction utilities for over seven years before joining the Seidel Construction team in 2016. While at Seidel Construction, she has worked closely with owners and various permitting authorities to get projects ready for construction. While the pre-construction process may seem daunting, she enjoys the challenge. Stacy makes it her goal to make each project a priority and as stress-free as possible for owners. In her off time, Stacy enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.



Ryan was born in New Braunfels, Texas where he resides with his wife and three children. He graduated from Texas State University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Technology. Ryan began his professional career with Browning Construction. While at Browning, he worked as a job site Superintendent for projects that included schools, museums and medical facilities. He has also worked as an estimator/project manager in underground utility construction that involved projects ranging from wastewater handling facilities to water storage and distribution facilities. Ryan later pursued an opportunity to manage the construction of well site location for drilling rigs in the oil and gas industry in the South Texas Eagle Ford Shale. Ryan came to Seidel Construction in March of 2016, eager to join a great team and work in the area where he grew up.




Derek was born in New Braunfels only leaving for a short period to attend Texas A&M. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 2003 and returned to New Braunfels where he began working for a local construction company as a Superintendent. Over the next twelve years he oversaw the development and construction of over 150 single family residences and sixteen commercial projects. He joined Seidel Construction in October of 2017 in order to move his focus to commercial construction. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors and with his wife and children.




Melisa was raised in the mountains near Lake Tahoe, California. She attended the University of Nevada Reno, majoring in Spanish and settled back into the San Francisco Bay Area. Her professional career background includes wireless communications, then transitioning into general construction. Since settling in New Braunfels in 2007, she worked in the commercial painting industry. She has built a strong network of professional relationships, and experience in commercial construction in San Antonio, which she believes have blessed her with the opportunity at Seidel Construction. Melisa, and her husband Walter have been married for 21 years and have 3 children. She enjoys being active with her family in the New Braunfels community, watching her kids sports activities, and embracing her Polynesian heritage.





Cody was born and raised in New Braunfels and attended New Braunfels High School. From an early age, his summers were spent working on construction sites around town with his father. After high school, Cody attended UTSA to play baseball and finished his degree in Organizational Development at Incarnate Word. After several years in sales, Cody was eager to get back into the construction world. He started as an Estimator at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors in San Antonio working on projects up to $100 million for hospitals, school districts, and universities. Cody then transitioned into custom homebuilding with VE Homes, managing projects in and around the New Braunfels area ranging from $300,000 – $1 million. Cody joined Seidel Construction in October of 2019, excited for the opportunity to get back into the commercial construction industry and be a part of the growth in his hometown. When not working, Cody enjoys spending time with his two boys, friends and family, coaching youth sports, playing golf, softball, and the outdoors.




Samantha grew up in San Antonio and attended Texas State University receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication with a Minor in Psychology. After attending the University, Samantha settled in Austin where she began her career in Public Relations and Marketing for companies such as Green Mountain Energy and Convio, eventually focusing her career on Sales and Management at one of the most well-known start-ups in Austin. Relocating to New Braunfels to be closer to family, she is now proud to continue her career at Seidel Construction and in one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. Samantha is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and brings over five years of construction accounting experience to the team. When not in the office, Samantha enjoys spending time with her son and taking advantage of all that New Braunfels has to offer.




Morgan was raised in New Braunfels and attended New Braunfels Christian Academy, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She is currently pursuing a degree in business. Morgan has worked in the tourist industry for River City Resorts where she collaborated with multiple departments of the company to oversee integrity and accuracy of all products. Morgan became part of the Seidel Team in November of 2017. In her spare time she enjoys wakeboarding, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.




Brandon was born and raised in San Antonio and moved to New Braunfels with his wife in 2013. He graduated from Texas A&M University – Kingsville with a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduating, Brandon began his career as a geotechnical and facilities engineer with Raba-Kistner Consultants. He then moved on to the construction industry spending time as an estimator as well as a construction quality control manager for Mapco, Inc., a federal construction contractor based in San Antonio. Most recently, Brandon worked as a crude oil marketer for an oil and gas midstream company. Brandon joined the Seidel team in March of 2018 and is excited to be involved with a great company and group of people. In his time away from work Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters as well as hunting, fishing, and playing softball.




Bill was raised in Wimberley, Texas. Raised in a construction family, he started in beam ditches at age 12, and worked his way up from there. He worked for his dad through high school then enlisted in the U.S. Navy. The first four years still in construction, then cross-trained to electronics. He left the Navy after 20-plus years and returned to Wimberley, realizing he preferred construction to electronics. Bill has been in the construction industry specializing in Commercial and Residential in Hays County since 2001. His leisure time activities are fishing, hunting, and camping.




Dennis was born in San Antonio and raised on a farm in South Texas near the small town of D’Hanis. He moved back to San Antonio, completed high school and went to work for SpawGlass Co. while completing the San Antonio Union Carpenter Apprentice Program. Dennis has 34 years experience specializing in commercial construction. His construction projects include school and university projects of up to $22 million in size. Dennis has a wide range of construction knowledge. He has completed some challenging and unique projects including the Africa Live Exhibit and Africa Live II for the San Antonio Zoo and the high profile, Historic St. Peter’s Catholic Church Renovation in Boerne, Texas. Dennis enjoys the outdoors, home improvement projects, mountain biking, gardening, grilling and spending time with his wife, two children and four grandchildren.




Floyd is a transplanted Texan. He came to the Hill Country in 2009 to build a blood plasma testing facility and he and his wife decided to make Texas their home. Floyd started his career in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and became the youngest Class A General Contractor at that time. He has built projects around the Pacific Northwest and now in San Marcos, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. They range from restaurants to prisons, schools, retail, industrial, nursing homes, and the list goes on. He has been married to his wife for over 45 years and has two sons and 10 grandchildren. He loves golfing, sightseeing, and entertaining friends and family when they come to visit.




Nick was born and raised in the San Antonio/Hill Country area. He has over 20 years of experience in the commercial, mechanical, construction, and industrial fields. His background includes large projects such as schools, hospitals, various medical and dental facilities and numerous construction projects on military bases, and large retail businesses. Nick enjoys spending time with his family, working out, hunting, fishing, and cheering for his favorite sports teams the Chicago Cubs, the Dallas Cowboys, and the San Antonio Spurs.




David was raised in San Antonio and attended Churchill High School. He played baseball during high school and went on to play at Blinn Jr. College and Southwest Texas State. After graduating in 1999, David began his professional career in the residential construction world in Houston, TX. David was the superintendent and project manager for 200+ homes and managed multiple high level communities. In 2006, David and his wife moved to New Braunfels. David was hired as the Director of Operations at The Scooter Store and was in charge of 23 distribution centers along the coast of Florida to Texas. David began working for Seidel Construction in April of 2013. He and his wife have been blessed with four boys. David’s hobbies include youth sports, specifically baseball, hunting, and fishing.




Keith is a New Braunfels and Central Texas native who grew up in McQueeney and graduated from Seguin High, where during summer breaks, he began his career by working on local construction projects. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Technology from Texas State University, Keith continued his career by owning and managing a local framing company which included custom sawing projects on a portable sawmill. Keith joined Seidel Construction in September of 2013 and brings over 23 years of experience and education to the team. During his time off, Keith enjoys all outdoor activities including hunting, fishing and barbeques with friends and family and attending Texas State Football home games and watching other college football, the NFL and of course… GO SPURS.




Daniel was born and raised in Geronimo, Texas. He graduated from Navarro High School and went on to attend Southwest Texas State University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Construction Technology in 2001. He currently resides in Seguin, Texas with his wife and their blended family of six children. Much of Daniel’s construction knowledge started at a young age, when he worked alongside his father, who was an architect and custom home builder. Following college, he began his professional career with KB homes in 2002 as a project manager and was eventually promoted to Regional Construction Manager. His career would then lead him to Project Manager positions with David Weekley Homes and Rialto Homes. He joined Seidel Construction in May 2019, eager to work for a great company and shift his focus to commercial construction. During his spare time, he enjoys building mesquite furniture with his father, listening to his wife’s band and hitting the golf course.
