Dustin has lived in New Braunfels his entire life and he's the 4th generation to do so. He worked with his father who owned a local construction company since 1984. His family has been heavily involved in the community since the early 1920's and he has an extensive knowledge of this area in the construction and real estate arena.
Soon after high school, he began buying and remodeling residential houses. Dustin attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 2003. After graduation Dustin worked for John Seidel Enterprises as a project superintendent overseeing new commercial construction projects. He co-founded Seidmoore Construction in 2009 and in 2014 formed Seidel Construction. His hobbies include cattle ranching, hunting and fishing with his wife, kids, family & friends.
David was raised in San Antonio and attended Churchill High School. He played baseball during high school and went on to play at Blinn Jr. College and Southwest Texas State. After graduating in 1999, David began his professional career in the residential construction world in Houston, TX. David was the superintendent and project manager for 200+ homes and managed multiple high level communities. In 2006, David and his wife moved to New Braunfels. David was hired as the Director of Operations at The Scooter Store and was in charge of 23 distribution centers along the coast of Florida to Texas. David began working for Seidel Construction in April of 2013. He and his wife have been blessed with 4 boys. David's hobbies include youth sports, specifically baseball, hunting, and fishing.
Keith is a New Braunfels and Central Texas Native who grew up in McQueeney and graduated from Seguin High, where during summer breaks, he began his career by working on local construction projects. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Technology from Texas State University, Keith continued his career by owning and managing a local framing company which included custom sawing projects on a portable sawmill. Keith joined Seidel Construction in September of 2013 and brings over 23 years of experience and education to the team. During his time off Keith enjoys all outdoor activities including hunting, fishing and bar-b-ques with friends and family and attending Texas State Football home games and watching other college football, NFL and of course... GO SPURS.
Mitch has resided in New Braunfels for 8 years - coming to us from Northern California. He was born and raised in Southern California and after graduating early from High School with Honors, he worked for his father, an Electrical Contractor and attained an Electrical and General Contractors License. While building several high end custom homes, he continued his education in acquiring other trade licenses and an ICBO - Commercial Building Inspection Certification. Most of his work has been in the commercial application with multiple hotels, schools, medical and sport facilities, restaurants and spas. He brings 35 years of experience and knowledge to us including passion, honesty, and ethics. Mitch's spare time is dedicated to his family, church, and building cabinetry.
Bill was raised in Wimberley, Texas. Raised in a construction family, he started in beam ditches at age 12, and worked his way up from there. He worked for his dad through High School then enlisted in the U.S. Navy. The first four years still in construction, then cross-trained to electronics. He left the Navy after 20 plus years and returned to Wimberley, realizing he preferred construction to electronics. Bill has been in the construction industry specializing in Commercial and Residential in Hays County since 2001. His leisure time activities are fishing, hunting, and camping.
Dennis was born in San Antonio and raised on a farm in South Texas near the small town of D’Hanis. He moved back to San Antonio, completed high school and went to work for Spaw Glass Co. while completing the San Antonio Union Carpenter Apprentice Program. Dennis has 34 years experience specializing in commercial construction. His construction projects include school and university projects of up to $22 million in size. Dennis has a wide range of construction knowledge. He has completed some challenging and unique projects including the Africa Live Exhibit and Africa Live II for the San Antonio Zoo and the high profile, Historic St. Peter’s Catholic Church Renovation in Boerne, Texas. Dennis enjoys the outdoors, home improvement projects, mountain biking, gardening, grilling and spending time with his wife, two children and 4 grand children.
Floyd is a transplanted Texan. He came to the hill country in 2009 to build a blood plasma testing facility and he and his wife decided to make Texas their home. Floyd started his career in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and became the youngest Class A General Contractor at that time. He has built projects around the Pacific Northwest and now in San Marcos, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. They range from restaurants to prisons, schools, retail, industrial, nursing homes, and the list goes on. He has been married to his wife for over 45 years and has two sons and 10 grandchildren. He loves golfing, site seeing, and entertaining friends and family when they come to visit.
Ryan was born in New Braunfels, TX where he still resides with his wife and two children. He graduated from Canyon High School and continued his education at Texas State University where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Construction Technology. Ryan began his professional career with Browning Construction. While at Browning, he worked as a jobsite superintendent for projects that included schools, museums and medical facilities. He has also worked as an estimator/project manager in underground utility construction that involved projects ranging from wastewater handling facilities to water storage and distribution facilities. Ryan later pursued an opportunity to manage the construction of well site location for drilling rigs in the oil and gas industry, in the South Texas Eagle Ford Shale. Ryan came to Seidel Construction in March 2016, eager to join a great team and work in the area where he grew up.
Samantha grew up in San Antonio in the Leon Valley suburb and has since migrated up the I-35 corridor landing first in San Marcos where she attended Texas State University receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication with a Minor in Psychology. After attending the University, Samantha settled in Austin where she began her career in Public Relations and Marketing, fortunate to work for incredible organizations including the Austin SPCA, Convio, Inc. and Green Mountain Energy Company. Samantha then found her way to one of the most loved start-ups in Austin, the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, where she remained for over ten years as the Director of Events, responsible for event sales, catering and operations for four Austin area locations and for over 350 unique clients and special events per year. Recently relocating to New Braunfels to be closer to family, Samantha is looking forward to exploring all that New Braunfels has to offer and being a part of Seidel Construction's bright future.
Paul was born on the Caribbean Island of St. Thomas, U.S.V.I and came to Texas in 2003. He grew up with a father that was a general contractor who self-performed majority of the work. He was exposed to the construction industry at an early age and he was able to learn by doing, asking questions, and guidance from other experienced professionals. He is familiar with construction not only in Texas, but many different areas of the country and diverse styles of building. Paul joins Seidel Construction with 17 years of hands-on experience consisting of Estimating, Superintendent, and Project Management and has experience with projects consisting of car dealerships, gas stations, mid-rise condominiums, larger apartment complexes, and custom homes. He works to care for his loved ones and strives to live a healthy and honorable life helping others along the way.
Jane was born on a tiny island in the Atlantic and because she was an Air Force kid, grew up in many places, including Japan and Taiwan before moving to Austin. A resident of New Braunfels for 12 years, she is firmly rooted in New Braunfels as a descendant of Johannes and Magdalena Mueller, some of the early settlers of the city. She is a proud wife and mother of two sons, two daughters, one son-in-law and one adorable grandson. Jane has over 15 years experience in the construction industry starting on jobsites as a laborer and engineers assistant and managing her division 10 specialties business. She later worked in various offices of a large Texas construction company, mostly as support for the estimating team as well as small business coordinator for the federal team. She is delighted to be a member of the Seidel teams’ busy estimating department.
Taylor was raised in Spring Branch and he attended Smithson Valley High School, where he played football and baseball. After high school, he attended Texas A&M University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership and Development in May of 2013. After graduation, Taylor began his professional career as a Rodman for a local surveying company called D.A. Mawyer Land Surveying. After a year of surveying, Taylor continued his professional career as an Assistant Project Manager for DNT Construction, LLC, where he worked with Owners and Civil Engineers to build Single Family and Multi-Family developments. Taylor became part of the Seidel Team in October of this year. Taylor enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, training his German Short Haired Pointer, and spending time with his girlfriend, friends, and family.
Stephanie was born and raised in West Texas. She recently relocated to New Braunfels from Snyder in order to be closer to her daughter, who recently graduated from Texas State, and her son, who currently attends Texas State. She is the oldest of two brothers and two sisters and the proud aunt to 11 nieces and nephews. Stephanie has spent her career working for companies with a focus on community and family and is excited to be a part of the Seidel Construction team. She brings with her a wealth of experience in managing an office environment and an enthusiasm for our vendors, subcontractors and clients that is unmatched! She enjoys golfing, watching college football and is a die hard Cowboys fan.
